The client came looking for a mixed idea of the project, where after the site visit we proposed a best option for the client as he wants an office, residential, and rental flat in the same site area, of g+3 floors. It was a great challenge to accommodate all the functional space with keeping minimum spatial standards. Client wants to avoid the direct sunlight in the corridors so we proposed an elevation with perforated sheets, and vertical fins to direct sun light entering into functional spaces.
